FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACT 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196/2003

This privacy policy regards the website  www.spaziolaboratorio.it  served by the company Spaziolaboratorio, represented by the owner Arch. Domenica Caldarola and, in accordance with the data protection act 13 Legislative Decree 30th June 2003, it sets out to inform website users how data and information is processed, stored and protected.

PROCESSING OF DATA

BROWSING DATA
The information system and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site, collect personal data as part of normal procedure; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected for distributing to any third parties, however due to the pure nature of the systems in use it may permit others to identify the user identification through processing and links obtained by third parties.
This data includes IP addresses and/or the originating domain names, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the access times, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, file size received, a numerical code relating to server response status (sent, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer setting.
This data collected could subsequently be used to establish liability for computer crimes against the website;

The optional, explicit and voluntary submitting of personal details, as requested in various sections of the website, enables us to provide requested information (this includes for example: contact details, telephone numbers, email address)
A specific notice is displayed on the webpage indicating the requested service, drawing the user’s attention to the processing of personal data.

Apart from your browsing data, necessary to operate the computer protocols, it is at your own discretion to submit any personal data. However, we will not be able to assist you in answering your queries in case of missing contact details.

COOKIES
Web user’s personal details are not purposely collected on the site.  cookies are not used to transmit personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies and  user tracking systems are not implemented. Use of the so-called session cookies  (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear on closing the browser)  is exclusively limited to the transmission of the sessions ID (consisting of server-generated casual numbers ) , which is necessary to allow secure, effective browsing of the website. The use of so-called session cookies on this website make it unnecessary to implement other computer techniques that are potentially detrimental to the confidentiality of user navigation and do not allow the acquisition of user's personal identification data. Apart from the browsing data (‘cookies’),  it is at your own discretion to submit any personal data. However, we will not be able to assist you in answering your queries in the case of missing contact details.

COMMUNICATION & CIRCULATION
No data resulting from web-based services, except for information necessary for the requested service, will be communicated, circulated or sold to third parties without express authorization from the web user. Data may also be communicated to competent authorities, in accordance to the law.

RIGHT OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party has the right to contact the owner in accordance to Sections 7,8,9 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. In particular, according to section 7, he has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of personal data concerning them, even if it has not yet been registered, in form of a comprehensive statement.

The interested party has a right to receive indications regarding:
a)    The source of personal data;
b)    processing objectives and procedure;
c)    The logic used for automated  processing procedure
d)    Details of the owner, person in charge, and designated representative in accordance to section. 5, art. 2.
e)    What people or category of people are legally authorized by local authorities to obtain these personal details

The interested party also has the right to obtain:
a)    Updating, rectifying or, when interested, the integration of data
b)    The cancellation, transformation anonymously, or block of the data processed in breach of law, including the data which no longer needs to be stored for its original purpose.    
c)    statement that the actions at the letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including their content, of those people to whom the data has been communicated, except in the case this results impossible or involves disproportionate actions compared to their rights.

The interested party has a right to oppose, with the exception of:
a)    If there are legitimate reasons for processing their personal data even when they are not pertinent
b)    The processing of personal data for marketing and promotional purposes or for market research or business communications.
